By using the Platform, Sellers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the use of the Platform.
🏢 Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on our platform, you agree to:

📝 Registration Information
By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to:
- 📌 Provide your correct and complete name, email, and other necessary details during the registration process.
- 📧 Understand that your email address will be auto-generated to prevent lending or sharing of your email address.
- 📒 Acknowledge that once your name is entered, it cannot be changed after registration due to the use of auto-generated email addresses.
- 📈 Agree to use the assigned auto-generated email address and to not lend or share it with others.
- 💳 Accept that any request for email or name changes may be subject to limitations based on platform policies.
📄 Product Listings
You are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings,
including descriptions, images, and pricing. SOARchives reserves the right to remove listings
that violate our guidelines.
📦 Chat Features
Our platform is designed to facilitate seamless communication through Chatify.
Both parties involved in the chat have the ability to interact freely, fostering an engaging
environment. However, it is important to note that the Platform does not facilitate, process, or store financial transactions. All product transactions, including payments, shipping arrangements, and other contractual obligations, are to be handled directly between the Seller and the Buyer. If you encounter any issues or have questions about using the chat features, please
reach out to our support team for assistance.
All communication related to transactions (including but not limited to product inquiries, pricing negotiations, order confirmations, and shipping details) will occur exclusively through the chat feature of the Platform. The Platform does not monitor or participate in these chats and is not responsible for the outcomes or terms agreed upon in these private exchanges.
🛒 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of
these Terms and Conditions or any other policies we may have. You may also terminate your
account at any time by contacting us.
📖 Limitation of Liability
SOARchives is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our platform,
including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
The Platform is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between Sellers and Buyers, including payment disputes, product delivery, quality issues, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks. The Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the success or outcome of any transaction and is not liable for financial losses, product defects, or performance failures related to products sold through the chat feature. All matters must be resolved directly between the Seller and the Buyer.
Prohibited Conduct
Sellers must not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to selling counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products. Sellers must also refrain from fraudulent behavior, including misrepresentation of products or engaging in deceptive practices.
Sellers must not use the chat feature to harass, threaten, or abuse Buyers or other Sellers. Any violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your Seller account on the Platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of
any significant changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

As a buyer on our platform, you agree to:

- 📦 Ensure that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate.
- 📃 Review product descriptions and terms before making a purchase.
- 💡 Contact sellers promptly if you have any issues or questions about your purchase.

📄 Product Purchases
To purchase products on the Platform, you may need to create an account or use the chat feature. By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when required.
The Platform allows you to search for and view products listed by Sellers. All purchasing transactions will be conducted via the Platform's chat feature. You will be able to inquire about products, negotiate pricing, and confirm orders directly with the Seller. The Platform is not responsible for processing payments or managing the transaction beyond connecting you with the Seller.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchases are in accordance with our
platform's guidelines. SOARchives reserves the right to cancel transactions that violate our
terms.

The Platform does not handle any shipping logistics and does not provide tracking information. You should confirm delivery timelines with the Seller during the chat conversation.
If a Seller fails to fulfill your order (e.g., not shipping the product, not providing tracking information, etc.), it is your responsibility to contact the Seller directly to resolve the issue. The Platform does not intervene in order fulfillment and is not liable for any delays or failures in the shipping process.
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner. If you
experience issues with order fulfillment, please contact the seller directly or reach out to our
support team for assistance.
📝 Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers, which should be communicated to you directly through the chat system. As a Buyer, it is your responsibility to inquire about the Seller's return policy before making a purchase.Please review the seller's return policy before making a purchase. Contact the seller for return instructions or refund requests.
Refunds are also subject to the Seller's return and refund policy. If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described), the refund process must be initiated through the Seller. The Platform does not facilitate or process refunds and is not liable for any refund disputes. Any refund or return disputes must be resolved directly between you and the Seller.
If you encounter issues with returns, refunds, or product quality, you should first contact the Seller directly through the chat system. The Platform recommends that both Buyers and Sellers work together in good faith to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Platform may provide guidance, but it does not take responsibility for resolving the dispute.
